Vascular Disease and Therapeutics Research Group

The Vascular Disease and Therapeutics Research Group is located within The Institute (a purpose built medical research facility opened in March 2009), at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital and comprises the Disciplines of Cardiology, Vascular Surgery, Clinical Pharmacology, Physiology, and Biochemistry. This Group is one of 5 Core Research Groups housed within The Institute that have strong affiliations to clinical medicine and research at this Hospital, and formal links with South Australia’s largest Research University, The University of Adelaide. The Group has strong national and international links, as well as with researchers in all major teaching hospitals in Adelaide.
