2005 Barossa Valley Shiraz
The 2005 Barossa Valley Shiraz
is a classic example of the variety and the region. A wine of deep, brooding purple leads into an aroma of blackberries, dark fruits and spicy oak nuances in the mocha/chocolate spectrum with a hint of Barossa earthiness.
2007 Chardonnay Viognier
Made by winemakers Scott McIntosh of Step Rd and Ben Riggs of Pennys Hill, the Padthaway Viognier is a richly flavoured wine. The perfumed lift from the Viognier adds complexity to the stonefruit and citrus characters that typify Padthaway Chardonnay.
